We have over 20 years of experience in custom home building from ground up. We have designed, drawn plans, and built 5 custom spec homes, ranging from 2000 s.f. to 4200 s.f. Also, we have done many remodels and additions over the years. We specialize in Basement finishing. We have designed and completed many projects in the last 6 years and have some great reviews as well as photos posted. We are a small company that delivers personalized service to our clients and focus on the basis that we schedule one project at a time to ensure quality throughout the entire project. Basement finishing typically adds instant equity to any homes value new or old and is a solid investment. I hired John after meeting with seven other contractors about my basement. I just couldn't seem to find anyone I was comfortable with leaving my basement to. John was fantastic. He was so good in fact we hired him for everything. He had great ideas and explained why he would do something the way he would do it. His years of experience show. If you are looking for someone who will rush the job, he is not your guy. If you are looking for someone who will consult, partner, and treat your basement as his own I highly recommend John. His wife is pretty awesome too!

John did an amazing job finishing our ~1,000 sq ft basement. I'm amazed at his knowledge and experience in the industry. Our project was finished on time and under budget. John was incredibly flexible throughout the project, as we changed our plans several times. He always catered to any ideas that we had. We got to know John well throughout the course of the project, and he was very easy to work with and trustworthy. He hired amazing sub-contractors for the work that he didn't do himself in our basement, without charging any additional charges. Even though he didn't charge extra for subs, he was still around regularly to make sure their work was done correctly and professionally. You can tell he has a lot of experience in the industry by how he interacts with subcontractors and city inspectors, and by how he treats his customers. If you're looking for someone to remodel your basement (or for any remodel for that matter), stop looking and hire Lanzarone Construction. You will not be disappointed. Take a look at the pictures of our finished basement, we get tons of compliments on the workmanship.

John framed our basement, which included 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a storage room, and entertainment room. He did such a wonderful job with designing the layout of the rooms and framing. As our contractor he continues to help with setting up sub contractors for other finishes like electrical, plumbing and drywall. He has been very informative and helpful through this process, and when asked questions he responds very quickly. Once drywall is complete, he will do the finishing touches with closets, windows, and doors and we are very excited to see the end product.

The great reviews Lanzarone Construction LLC has on Thumbtack are true, and after meeting John Lanzarone you’ll find he is very easygoing, a pleasure to work with, and a masterful craftsman. I hired John to do my basement framing/fire blocking (including a family area, bedroom, and bathroom), and his work is very impressive. The area John was framing was not easy but John completed the work ahead of his original estimate, and I could not be more satisfied with the results. I found John and his brother Chuck to be very caring, very trustworthy, neat, and their work is of the highest caliber. I plan on bringing them back to install doors and do the trim work once the wall boarding is completed. If you want the work done right, orderly, and at a fair price, I highly recommend you hire John and Chuck. I guarantee you’ll be happy you did.
