We have over 20 years of experience in custom home building from ground up. We have designed, drawn plans, and built 5 custom spec homes, ranging from 2000 s.f. to 4200 s.f. Also, we have done many remodels and additions over the years. We specialize in Basement finishing. We have designed and completed many projects in the last 6 years and have some great reviews as well as photos posted. We are a small company that delivers personalized service to our clients and focus on the basis that we schedule one project at a time to ensure quality throughout the entire project. Basement finishing typically adds instant equity to any homes value new or old and is a solid investment. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with John Lanzarone and everyone affiliated or hired through his company! We finished nearly 1100 square feet of basement and the project was completed on time and on budget. Everything looks great and we're so happy to have the extra space. John framed our basement, which included 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a storage room, and entertainment room. He did such a wonderful job with designing the layout of the rooms and framing. As our contractor he continues to help with setting up sub contractors for other finishes like electrical, plumbing and drywall. He has been very informative and helpful through this process, and when asked questions he responds very quickly. Once drywall is complete, he will do the finishing touches with closets, windows, and doors and we are very excited to see the end product.

We have very competitive pricing. Typically clients get quotes from 3-4 different contractors and find that there is a wide range of pricing available. I win many clients with my experience as well as competitive pricing.
