Dan was one of the best professional contractors that I have ever hired. His work was impeccable and exactly what we asked for. Dan always had a professional attitude, but with a very friendly demeanor. My wife and I were working from home while Dan replaced all our baseboards. He was respectful of that, and we barely knew he was here. When the job was completed, he left our house cleaner than it was before he came. We would recommend Dan to anyone!

I hired Dan to replace all the woodwork in the house and he did a fantastic job! Dan has RAISED THE BAR of my expectations when it comes to having a service or tradesperson in my home. I wish he was also a plumber, an electrician, a handyman… so I could hire him for everything! To me a true test of service is how challenges or mistakes are handled, and Dan handled those opportunities with speed and professionalism. His work is great, and he’s an easy guy to have in your house for days or weeks at a time. There are so many reasons why I’ll hire Dan for my next project, but #1 may be his STELLAR communication!

Simply put, Dan from IRT Carpentry is the best in the woodwork game! Dan put in new door casings and base trims throughout our entire house creating a clean and modern look. Our house has many crooked walls but Dan was able to magically straighten them out with his meticulous trim cutting and artistry. On top of that, Dan is just an awesome human being. He’s punctual, professional and funny! Thanks for making our home so beautiful, Dan!

I needed a job done before a big event at our house. Dan was able to finish the job on time in a very professional and friendly manner. He was understanding about the other tradesman in his workspace, and was super patient. The trim work he did was flawless and looks amazing. I would (and will) hire him again for a future job.

Dan did an incredible job installing new baseboards as well as a new railing.
He showed up when he said he would, did the work expeditiously but very well and cleaned up after himself. It was refreshing to see a high level of professionalism for a reasonable price.
Tremendous value for the quality of craftsmanship. Would highly recommend!

I walk the customer through the project, find out what their wants/needs/desires are, and make a plan to incorporate all the best attributes possible. I am realistic with my customers regarding budget, timelines, and overall expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years experience with building materials, installation, and custom fabrication. International Code Council Residential Building Contractor Class C - F13.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in construction sales with a large corporation, and I caught the bug!
