He came out to my house to look at what I needed to be done. He said he would send me an estimate the next day. That didn’t happen. I had to email him a couple of times before I finally got the estimate. I agreed to it and told him so in an email. He didn’t respond. After more emails, he responded saying he was planning to stop by in the near future. I told him I was done with him. His customer service is terrible. I will find someone who actually wants to do the work.
