So Josh changed out handles and hinges on kitchen cabinets. He did a great job and was quite reasonable in his cost and finished the job in a lot less time than I thought it would take.

I reached out to Josh for window frame repair after five of our windows had hail damage. I needed the work completed in less than a week and Josh looked at options and was able to get me a quote quickly and repaired the windows and one of my screens within two days of my acceptance of the quote. His work was beautiful and you can’t tell that my windows were damaged at all. He informed me of any changes and was very punctual. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

He came out to my house to look at what I needed to be done. He said he would send me an estimate the next day. That didn’t happen. I had to email him a couple of times before I finally got the estimate. I agreed to it and told him so in an email. He didn’t respond. After more emails, he responded saying he was planning to stop by in the near future. I told him I was done with him. His customer service is terrible. I will find someone who actually wants to do the work.
