Quality is comprised of many factors: Work being done the right way, not just the quick or "cheap" way and not only working with the client to develop a cost-efficient and aesthetically pleasing plan, but also keeping clients informed of progress and potential problems throughout the project.
Quality means standing behind one's work; a finished product that is durable and long-lasting. Honesty means informing a client of all options when creating a working plan, not just the expensive ones. Honesty is necessary when providing estimates and bids and creates an environment of trust that is vital during the construction process; we will estimate a job at an hourly rate or give you an educated bid. It's up to you. We never take on more than we can handle, low-ball how long it will take in order to secure a job, or cut corners to get a job done in order to keep it above our bottom line. We never mark up materials or figure in mileage or gas into our estimates or bids. Honesty means working with you in a way that's fair and reasonable for both of us.
Integrity is perhaps our most important and valuable attribute as a business.
