Absolutely recommend this inspection company. Not only lowest price but also a very detailed inspection report with photos. Our Realtor was able to negotiate $5K off the offer price with the inspection report too! Im essence, the inspection report had a $5K value !!

Was a thorough home inspection. I liked that the report was not overly complicated - easy to understand yet also detailed and comprehensive. The only improvement they need is to have a better scheduling system - it's not completely online... had to schedule by texting and calling, but other than that it was 5 star.
