- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The end-of-service price is a flat rate. Depends on standard clean, deep clean, move out/ move in, and with or without eco-friendly products, or extra added services. No hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get a good idea of the work that needs to be completed, as well as the condition of the home, to get a good idea of price and time frame. Getting an address to help with scheduling between clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have really bad anxiety, which I try to ease by cleaning, and have always enjoyed helping people in a sales and customer service role. I wanted to do the same for others struggling or needing help. It is something I enjoy and am very proud of doing.
