Flat rate based on square footage, condition, and service type. First-time, deep, and move-out cleans are priced higher to bring the home to a maintenance level. Recurring clients receive consistent pricing after the initial clean. Deposits or full payment may be required for larger or one-time services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about your home—size, condition, and what matters most to you. From there, I provide a clear quote and service recommendation. On cleaning day, I work top-to-bottom with a detailed approach, and I follow up if needed to ensure everything met expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience cleaning a wide range of homes, including deep cleans and move-outs. I’ve developed efficient systems, product knowledge, and techniques to safely clean different surfaces while delivering consistent, high-quality results.
