- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and straightforward — no hidden fees, no surprises. We offer four service tiers — standard cleaning, deep cleaning, Airbnb turnover, and move in/move out — each with clear starting prices based on the size of your home. Recurring clients receive a discount. If you book weekly or biweekly service, your rate will be lower than a one-time clean. The more consistent the schedule, the better the rate. There are no cancellation fees as long as you give us reasonable notice. We just ask for at least 24 hours if you need to reschedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started with Prestige Clean is simple and done entirely online. Book online — choose your service type, pick a date and time that works for you, and confirm your booking in under 2 minutes. We handle the rest — a vetted, professional cleaner shows up at your scheduled time. You don't need to be home. Review and rebook — after your clean we'll follow up to make sure everything met your expectations. Recurring clients get a discounted rate locked in automatically. Our team is trained specifically in residential and short-term rental cleaning standards. Every cleaner we work with goes through a thorough vetting process before their first job — including a background check, an interview, and a trial clean to verify their work meets our standards before they ever step into a client's home. We follow detailed cleaning checklists for every service type — standard, deep clean, Airbnb turnover, and move in/move out — so every clean is consistent and thorough regardless of which team member is assigned. As a company we stay current on best practices for cleaning products, sanitation standards, and short-term rental turnovers.
