- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As of 4/24, I am new to Thumbtack and looking to build my before-and-after portfolio. To that end, I am offering a discounted rate from $60 per hour to $30 per hour in exchange for a review on Thumbtack and Google. If you are reading this, I am not at 10 clients yet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hi there! My process for new clients is as follows: 1. Connect quickly with a phone call to see if we have a good connection for a potential working relationship. 2. Schedule a virtual or in-person consultation for organizing jobs. For house cleaning, I only require a phone conversation and photos of the space emailed or texted to me. 3. We will schedule the project date and agreements must be signed prior to the scheduled project date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a licensed realtor® since 2014 and I have gained a lot of experience over the years. I have taken on various roles such as a cleaner, project coordinator, errand runner, and more, which has helped me to improve my skills."
