Hired on Thumbtack

This was our initial session to meet Shante and explain what we are needing in a personal trainer. She was professional, knowledgable and friendly. We set up a twice weekly schedule for my wife and I, and Shante will give us each an exercise program to follow using the gym here in our apartment complex building. We both feel excited about making the decision to hire Shante, and are looking forward to a successful experience. This also was our first experience with using Thumbtack, and are very pleased.

I have never been someone who looks forward to working out, but I can honestly say that has changed for me. Shante is super enthusiastic and motivating, and is always making sure I'm staying on track. She caters my workout to things I enjoy doing, but also give me the results I am looking for. If you are looking for a trainer, I highly recommend Shante. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent Trainer!! I have a desk job and sometimes spend all day sitting. After a few guys at work had heart attacks, I decided that I was not going to be next. She did a complete assessment and designed a routine to help me avoid death. She really focused on my core and kept me focused and motivated. Once I started noticing my health and physical appearance improving, she helped me shift my focus to building a more athletic build. I now feel strong and feel I look better now than I did in High School. My better body and improved confidence resulted in me finding a beautiful and intelligent woman and my life is amazing. Thank you for all you did for me, you really changed my life for the better!

I did weight loss training with Shante in North Carolina. The level of coaching & active listening got me great results. She taught me alot of exercises & now I work out 4 days a week on my own & I'm down a total of 33lbs.

I've worked with Shante for about 4 months now and it's been better then I could've hoped for! I had a workout injury a few years ago that hurt my lower back and I'd been apprehensive about starting a new workout regimen. Upon meeting I felt very comfortable with Shante, her personality is out of this world. I would say she has a very positive and upbeat energy about her. Shante put me at ease when she went over her plans for me in detail. I work with her 2 times a week and I've lost 33 pounds since we've begun! My back has strengthened and even my posture has greatly improved. I would not consider having anyone else train me! Shantes encouragement alone has brought me so so far in my fitness journey. I have and will continue to recommend her expertise to anyone looking to shape up! Seriously I know I couldn't come this far without her.
