After thoroughly discussing with me the issue and, of explaining potential solutions, we agreed on a plan of action to repair the faucet. His method was efficient, noninvasive, and cost effective. After literally whistling while they worked, both jobs were done well and effectively in less time than I had anticipated. On top of that, the price was very fair. They did an amazing job. I had them fix a bunch of problems from another contractor and it all turned out great! They re-waterproofed then retiled the curb in our shower that was leaking, removed and replaced several floor tiles that were not solid, replaced a broken tile and fixed one edge of my back splash that hadn’t been done correctly the first time. They also cleaned and resealed all my bathrooms which look amazing now. They were very professional and helpful. I had wanted to use a colored sealer to change the grout color in the bathrooms but the colored sealer I picked was way too dark. As soon as they started doing it they stopped, talked to me about it suggested a different color, showed me samples of several and they were right, the one they suggested was just perfect! I highly recommend Grout Medics for all your grout/tile repair needs! The price was great too, very reasonable!
