- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a base price, but it does change slightly for extra hours, drive time, and/or multiple people at a time. The best thing to do is call and ask or request a tutor through our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know them briefly at the beginning, fill out some brief paperwork that we don't require long commitments like some places, and we learn what the client needs to learn best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly. I am nationally board certified, received my gifted education endorsement, and I am currently obtaining a master's degree.
