- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts available for first time customers, Teachers, Seniors, Medical Workers, Fireman/Firewomen, Students and Single Parents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Some appointments are a 2 visit situation. Visit 1 is to assess the problem with your appliance. If parts are required then they will be ordered and picked up to return on a second visit for installation on a date and time that works for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We pride ourselves on only proper appliance repair service. We never cut corners and will always be honest with the customer if a reality is actually worth it or not.
