Zach was extremely knowledgeable and was able to remotely troubleshoot all the issues with my drivers until everything was fixed. He has a very strong understanding of computers and is also very friendly and professional.

I needed a custom pc built and im not knowledgeable with pc stuff so i called pikes peak tech support and the owner, zack really help me out and gave me pointers so not only did I get my pc built just how I wanted it but he was really nice and gave me knowledge on what he was doing. He is extremely good at what he does and I look forward ro working with him again in the future. 10/10

Zack was very friendly, didnt make me feel dumb, like other techs have. He not onlyHelped me with the tech problemI was having with my Mac computer but he also gave me tips for my iPad and my chrome book. I will definitely be using Zack again!!
