Michael saved my day...and a bunch of money. I actually thought I was going to need to toss my entire laptop when I decided in a last ditch effort to try this service and found Michael. He was knowledgeable, responsive followed through with my issue until the very end (hours of back and forth!!) - he even checked in the next day to make sure everything was still running smoothly. This was a way better experience than heading to the Apple store . Highly highly recommend

Michael provided outstanding service and I will routinely use him for any future iPad issues. My iPad was not charging and had a battery and connector issue. He picked up the device from my residence, quickly identified the issues, and resolved them for an excellent price.

Michael was great! The only reason I couldn't select 'value' and 'punctuality' is because it only allows three items to be chosen, but he definitely deserves all 5. I had 6 computers all with various issues that he took on. Not only did he begin working the same day at my home and got two of them squared away, but the others that needed more extensive work were also completed the following week. He updated me regularly and his prices were so reasonable I was truly shocked (not sticker shocked, but grateful shocked). Michael is awesome and I will continue to use his service and recommend him to all my friends and family!
