Had some ac trouble we ran into when trying to sell our home. Had all new equipment installed 4 years ago from another company who is no longer around. Peak has taken over clients with similar systems to ours that require specific training.They came out to look at the system and found a faulty thermostat, after replacing the thermostat other issues came up. Peak then made sure to get the most knowledgeable person out to check the system again as the thermostat did not correct the issue.The tech Blake and Jarrod came to my home and found a faulty control board. After installing the board we still had issues.The team was determined to fix the ac at this point due to it being down for over a week already. After some further testing they found wiring was also broken somewhere causing the system to lose communication.They now have successfully repaired our ac system! They honored the parts warranty from the manufacturer and stayed true to their quote. Even though more issues came up they kept working to ensure we were not without ac any longer.Sometimes patience can overcome frustration!Give peak a chance! And you wont be disappointedThank you Jarrod, Blake and the team over at peak!
