- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to quote a flat rate instead of hourly so there's no need to rush through a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to them over the phone to get the best idea of what they're looking for so I can ballpark an estimate and make sure they know what all the project entails.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade school to start my apprenticeship and most recently a Master Electrician license!
