- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am pretty flexible as far as budgets go, we can always work something out! Prices honestly vary per client/requests so it never hurts to discuss our options :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, if a client expresses interest in my work, or would like to inquire about a future event/session, we first discuss the details of what they are looking for. Then, I will email a little “brochure” for them to glance over, and decide if I am the right fit for them and their needs. After that, if their decision is to move forward, that is when we will discuss more details such as accurate pricing, and many other specific details of their request. I always want to make sure my clients feel good about their decision to hire me, and all decisions after the fact up until the day of their event/session, and when they receive their final product. There is always communication, which ultimately leads to a happy outcome for everyone.
