The food was exceptional! Due to budget constraints we could not go with a fully catered event, they offered to deliver the food if bought by the pound which worked out wonderfully for us. Our guests and ourselves enjoyed the tender pulled pork and provided sauce. Upon deliver they explained thoroughly how to re-heat the food when ready (due to scheduling conflicts we received our food early which was acceptable to us). Again the food and services was wonderful. If anything the only bit of negative would be the sauce in only that we are accustomed to thick BBQ sauce. The sauce containers had more of a thinner sauce, kinda like au jour. Tasty non the less. We would recommend Island Style BBQ and Catering to everyone. Sincerely, Arthur and Christi
