FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always inquiring with other professionals regarding their pricing to make sure that I am keeping my pricing consistent and competitive. I like to reward my clients who refer their friends to me by giving them a $15 credit for every referral that comes to see me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always book an extra 15 minutes with new clients. This is to ensure that I am giving a very thorough consultation. We will discuss your current hair condition, concerns, and goals, look over pictures, and I will give a recap of everything we discussed before I begin. I want each client to feel confident that they will be getting what they are wanting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended The Salon Professional Academy in Colorado Springs. I have been licensed in Colorado, Georgia and California. Every year I participate in continuing education by going to hair shows and training classes. I also do regular online training to keep up with the most updated styles and techniques. I took a two-day hands-on course in French Balayage highlighting in Atlanta, GA where I learned the proper way of balayage and ombre highlighting.
