HOURLY RATES: $150 for the first hour. $70 an hour after the first hour. *Installation of electrical outlets, light fixtures, switches, thermostats, garbage disposals, range hook ups, washer/dryer hook ups, Smart Home/ Smart device installations & set ups are priced based on what type of devices you need upgraded/installed. Prices available upon request.
