Shawn G. says, "I had called upon Thomas to finish out a home that had some loose ends recently, in order to prep it for sale, and I can't speak highly enough about how thankful I am I stumbled upon this guy. I had some cabinetry set in place with a makeshift countertop, and he came up with a cost-effective plan to help finish out the island, including moving some wiring to more convenient locations, and updating some plumbing that wasn't up to current code. All he really needed was some space to work, and everything was done cleanly and efficiently, with little disruption. Any quirks or potential cost adders were discussed, and improvements and recommendations were given as the scope developed. All in all, would definitely hire again, his attention to detail is what really got me at the end."See more

After reviewing the scope of work and discussing expectations, Dan quickly coordinated a team to frame and pour the new concrete patio—much faster than we anticipated. We requested a few minor cosmetic changes after the framing had begun. Dan and his team were accommodating and, after a brief discussion to confirm feasibility, made the adjustments. The result turned out extremely well. After a five-day curing period, Dan’s team returned to remove the tarp and framing and put the final touches on the patio. The final step was a comprehensive site clean-up, which included removing a small tree that had been cleared during the project, along with any other debris. They left the site looking better than they found it. Gator wasn’t the cheapest quote I received, but their thorough preparation, attention to detail during curing, and post-project clean-up made the higher cost well worth it. The professionalism and experience of Dan and his team stood out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Gator for future projects."See more

Jerry and Drew did a fantastic job installing all of our new cabinets, including our new island and a custom-built pantry cabinet!
