Steve did an amazing job with our 11 month warranty home inspection. He was very through and explained everything as he allowed us to walk with him. $150 - $250 for condos and town homes. $200 - $400 for family homes depending on the square footage and age. $150 for a sewer scope. $100 for a radon test.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explain the home inspection process I use, offer to set all appointments up through the realtor to put the customers mind at ease. Guarantee the report will be easy to understand and will be delivered via email the same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the trades for 35 years, owned and remodeled a number of properties. Relevent to home inspecting: National Association of Certified Home Inspectors certified. National Radon Proficiency Program certified. Continued education through (NACHI)
