- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off our quality work and each home individually. This is also based off of how often a home is cleaned. (Monthly, bi-weekly or weekly) We are not an “hourly” business. We like to visit the hope to complete an estimate, before initial cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Regular cleaning can be done one time, weekly or bi-weekly. If your home is especially dirty you may want to consider our deep cleaning service which will get into the fine details and get all the nitty gritty things that most forget about when cleaning their home. A Regular cleaning will typically include the following: Dust all surfaces Vacuum carpeted areas Mop floors Wipe counters, shelves, mirrors Window sills Empty trash. Any other previously requested services. Kitchen Clean and sanitize the following: Sinks Countertops Stove tops Drip pans Microwave inside and out Cabinet fronts Window sills Floors Fridge exterior Appliances exterior Waste basket Any other previously requested services Bathrooms Clean and sanitize the following: Showers Tubs Sinks Toilets (bowl, outside, around) Tile Mirrors Fixtures Floors Scrub tile grouting. Baseboards Window sills Any other previously requested services Special Request Services Inside oven cleaned Inside fridge cleaned Walls washed (other than spot cleaning) Use of lemon oil on wood surfaces such as furniture or cabinets Any other custom special requests.
