We are a family own small business, we offer quality and excellent service. We specialize in move out deep cleaning and heavy duty cleaning, move in cleaning and standard cleaning. We customize our services depending on your needs. Move out deep cleaning: It includes; bathrooms (complete deep clean), all baseboards, sweeping, vacuum, mopping, dusting (anything reachable with a 2 ft ladder), doors, light and outlet switches, ceiling fans (if reachable with a 2 ft ladder) closets, all cabinets, sinks, kitchen range hood, main glass door and any ADD-ONs. ADD-ONs: oven/stove, fridge, interior window cleaning and any other requests you may have, just let us know and we can accommodate. An extra fee if the place had/have any pets. If you have ceiling fan, or any dusting that requires more than a 2 ft ladder please let us know, we can accommodate for an additional fee. Move out HEAVY DUTY cleaning (determined during walkthrough) It includes same as above but with an additional charge of $80 or more, for excessive trash left in the house, smoker’s environment, excessive pet waste, furniture or any other items left in the house. (This fee will be determined and discussed during the walkthrough)
