Introduction: We require a Free Walkthrough prior to any cleaning, this allows us to understand our customers needs and wants before coming into the home. This will set expectations between you as the customer and the company. This is a general idea of a price range, also depending on how often the home is being cleaned. Thanks for your interest! Kitchen, 1 Bedroom, and 1 Bathroom  $90.00 Price increase as of August 1st, 2021 Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom  $105.00  Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms  $125.00  Kitchen, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms  $140.00  Kitchen, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms  $160  Again these are basic prices; during the walkthrough you will get an exact amount!   These are prices for Basic cleanings which includes:  Kitchen- Clean appliances (outside only), counters, cabinets (outside only), tables, and light switches. sweep and Mop by hand of the floors.  Bathrooms- Clean Shower, Bathtub, Sink, Toilet, light switches, sweep and mop by hand of the floors.  Bedrooms- Vacuum or sweep and mop by hand.  Other Areas- Vacuum or sweep and mop by hand, wipe down of light switches.    ADD inside of stove $35 We also clean things like blinds, interior windows, baseboards, walls, etc. Just ask! We will price match any written quote! First time cleaning will have a $50 charge. Reoccurring cleanings at every 2 weeks will be discounted. Weekly cleanings will have a larger discount.    If you are located out of El Paso County there may be a small fee.  •Move Out/In ~Walkthrough Preferred I am Insured and Bonded, and registered as an LLC.
