FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is overall very fair and your gonna get a lot more then you pay for when you hire me. Im not the type of person who can leave a job done half *ss. I love to have repeat business and my prices should reflect that by even starting at a fairly competitive rate. Who doesn't like getting a quality service at a reasonable rate? Nothing is set in stone, sometimes a client doesn't want this area cleaned this week ..I'll take off money for that or maybe they want me to do extra work we can agree on a little more. Sometimes I waive the pet surcharge if there's very little hair. I will work to accommodate your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to include a sample checklist of what tasks I do when I clean and usually provide it when I give out a quote. It shows clearly all that I will do in each room and briefly explains what I will not due. I ask on my first visit if there are any areas I need to pay special attention to, ask for a tour of the home and I ask the client if they have a preference on where I start. After I'm finished up, I like to have my client do a quick walk through with me to make sure there's nothing I missed and everything's to their liking.I offer a spot free guarantee so if yothink it isn't done right I will reclean it for free. I try to leave either a completed checklist for their records with a date for the next cleaning or a biz card should they need me again. of course after payment I always try to ask for a review if they have time and offer to set up another cleaning if they are interested. 7
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have REAL life experience. Pets, toddlers and just kids in general can make some of the best messes ever, they prepare you for all kinds of different messes. It has forced me to learn lots of little tips and tricks because the messes made are pretty much the same. All of us usually have the same issues, crayons on walls, kool aid spills, even bodily stains in the most clever of places. Being a mom myself has prepared me to be aware of things I really need to pay special attention to and what needs to be sanitized and the easiest way to get it done.. Its given me a stronger stomach for the messes some people and their kids and pets make.
