- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer an initial quote before a walk-through and a final quote after the walk-through. Our pricing is based on specific factors such as square footage, level of grime, number of pets, add-ons, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get our new clients into our system and get any necessary information, talk to them about what they specifically are looking for, services they are interested in, and anything they want us to pay special attention to in their home. We also like to schedule a free initial walk-through with the client to get the in-person connection and see what needs to be done in person so our team is prepared.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I know how hard it is to find a cleaner you can actually trust to do the job right. I’ve been doing this for years and even spent time training other cleaners on the best techniques and efficiency. I’m big on the small details that most people miss, and I treat every home I walk into with the same level of care I taught my trainees.
