We looked for someone to do some deep cleaning around our house to help us prepare for photographs of the house. Jordan was extremely responsive and adaptable to meet with us and provide a quote of $380. Unfortunately, that’s where the professionalism ceased. The overall job was mediocre, we estimate 60% of the expectation. I’ve added some photos for awareness. I messaged Holmes & Holmes in this app to see if we could come to an agreement on a partial refund for the issues in cleanliness and they did not respond. I would recommend using another service if time is not a factor for you.

If there was a 10 stars and more description options to select the quality and professionalism experienced and seen from this vendor’s work, believe me I would pick them all. This is the best service I have ever had, I’m a stickler for cleaning but the compliments my mom and wife provided about Holmes homes cleaning service is amazing. They were just in awe, I recommend everyone experience this exceptional customer service. The home is spotless, shiny and smells so good once the job is done. Be prepared to be impressed and your minds blown away with selfless service and professionalism. I will be utilizing this service this service with Holmes homes for the rest of my time here.
