- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m going to be priced very competitively but not the cheapest because of the quality of work and the value you’ll receive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They show me what they want cleaned, I tell them if it can be done. If I can, I clean it. If I can’t, I’ll let them know before hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal education in cleaning. My background is hospitality and finance.
