- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the project, not by the hour. We are highly efficient and almost always work in pairs. That way we don’t have to be in your home all day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet you first, see your home and create a plan (especially for reoccurring clients). It’s important that outside of the business side of things, we’re a good match. Typically, we like to start with a deep detailed clean to then start you on maintenance sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a few years under our belts. Coming from short-term rental background, that alone speaks volumes on our standard / training. It’s all about the small details.
