This means that we spend the time that is necessary to clean your home, rather than rushing through the job just to make it to the next appointment. On average, we spend about 40% more time in your home compared to other companies. For example, when we clean your kitchen counter tops, we make sure to clean the coffeemaker, toaster and even the jar in which you store your oatmeal. For us it is imperative that countertop, and its contents, really shine! This extra time and attention is what makes the difference when you hire us. In order to determine the appropriate flat rate for you, we take in account: - Total square footage of home - Total number of bedrooms in the home In our experience, other parts of the house - such as the kitchen - vary in size based on the total number of bedrooms. Whether you need your whole house cleaned, or just a portion, it's important that we know the total square footage and total bedrooms so that we can provide you with an accurate quote. Knowing this information also allows us to send the appropriate number of cleaning technicians to your home so that the service can be completed in a timely and efficient manner. Because I believe everyone's home is their haven or sanctuary, I enjoy combining a lot of TLC - and elbow grease, when needed - to give everyone a great cleaning experience. I also like using things like essential oils, to provide a unique scent that is much more enticing and relaxing than most of the scents found in popular cleaning products.

I have to admit, I was shocked at how clean the Sweet Haven crew cleaned my apartment for move out. Especially the vertical blinds that were so gritty from being sun burnt, but Germaine and Jamal made them nearly white again I couldn't believe it. They washed the walls down, baseboards, nothing was left unturned and all for the price as was quoted. I love dealing with honest business people who work hard and are detailed in their work and don't take advantage of the customer. If you want quality work without cutting corners Sweet Haven is the way to go!!! Also, whatever cleaning supplies they use really cut through the dirt and make things look new again because I lived in this apartment since 2011 and when they got finished this place is move in ready!!! I plan to hire them for my housecleaning needs in the future. Thank you Sweet Haven Cleaning you are the best!!!

Germaine and her crew with Sweet Haven Cleaning were absolutely wonderful. The condition of my house was awful and I needed serious help with a move out clean. The completed work that they did was nothing short of a miracle! They stayed until the work was completed without complaint. No shortcuts, just hours of hard work. They were professional and punctual and and the value was phenomenal. I also can't speak highly enough about their quality of work. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat without hesitation...I just won't let my house get that bad before I call for help! Thank you Germaine and team for the wonderful job you did...I can't thank you enough!!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always provide a fixed quote based on the needs of the customer. The first cleaning is an opportunity for us to get to know your home and the parts of your home that tend to accumulate dirt. During our first visit we not only clean obvious items like bathrooms, exterior of appliances and floors, but we also clean your baseboards, window tracks and much more. During subsequent visits, we will clean all of the same areas of your home to ensure that everything continues to look pristine.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After spending many years trying to find the "right" business, I realized that cleaning had been been calling me for a while. I love all things related to the home - cooking, cleaning, decorating - and I decided that I should share my love of home care with others who are seeking a unique, professional service.
