- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on two factors: 1) Total square footage of home 2) Total number of bedrooms in the home In our experience, other parts of the house - such as the kitchen - vary in size based on the total number of bedrooms. Whether you need your whole house cleaned, or just a portion, it's important that we know the total square footage and total bedrooms so that we can provide you with an accurate quote. Knowing this information also allows us to send the appropriate number of cleaning technicians to your home so that the service can be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always provide a fixed quote based on the needs of the customer. The first cleaning is an opportunity for us to get to know your home and the parts of your home that tend to accumulate dirt. During our first visit we not only clean obvious items like bathrooms, exterior of appliances and floors, but we also clean your baseboards, window tracks and much more. During subsequent visits, we will clean all of the same areas of your home to ensure that everything continues to look pristine.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After spending many years trying to find the "right" business, I realized that cleaning had been been calling me for a while. I love all things related to the home - cooking, cleaning, decorating - and I decided that I should share my love of home care with others who are seeking a unique, professional service.
