FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be fair, transparent, and competitive for the Colorado Springs area. We offer both flat-rate packages (based on home size and cleaning type) and hourly options for flexibility. We provide in-person custom quotes for standard-unique jobs, post-construction cleanup, or add-on services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we begin working with a new customer, it is our goal to understand the specific needs of the home and our client's preferences. This includes discussing the type of cleaning desired along with understanding any sensitivities to products or requests for eco-friendly solutions. Once we know the scope of work- we provide a clear estimate so there are no surprises upon completion. On the scheduled day, we arrive on time with all supplies and equipment needed. Upon completion-we perform a walk-through with the client to make sure everything meets expectations. For ongoing clients, we adjust and personalize their service over time to fit their household routines and priorities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Two & A Broom Cleaning Company, we bring more than just experience — we bring proven training and certification in health and sanitation. Our team includes professionals who are large childcare center certified through both the State of Colorado in maintaining safe and hygienic childcare facilities. This background ensures we understand the highest standards of cleanliness, disinfecting, and safe product use — not only in sensitive environments like childcare centers, but in every home we service. We apply that same level of care, structure, and attention to detail in our residential cleaning work, whether we’re providing a routine service, a deep clean, or preparing a property for move-in or move-out. By combining certified training with hands-on expertise, we deliver cleaning services that are not just thorough, but backed by the standards of professional sanitation.
