I received multiple quotes on having my very dirty water feature cleaned. Chris gave me a quote without seeing the pond and kept to his commitment. Chris was booked several weeks out, but stayed in contact with me and called and booked a time pretty much when he indicated he would be available. He showed up when he said he would, did an incredible job, answered my random questions and was a professional delight. I will definitely use Chris for my pond maintenance needs moving forward.
