- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair the reason we know our pricing is fair is because we know what we’re doing when we step on your property we know grass we know how it grows we know what it needs based on the type of grass that you have and at the end of the day you get what you pay for. We are confident in our services and know that they are going to be carried out in a professional manner for the lowest cost that we possibly can provide the service. We love all of our customers and we like to hold ourselves to the same standards of honesty and straightforwardness that we hold others too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From contact to getting the job scheduled it is a very quick process usually the customer gets in contact with us requesting a service and within an hour after they have requested the service we can have a bid to them for their property. After they except that bid we can usually get them on the schedule 24 hours after they have accept the bid. We know that when you contact us for a service you don’t want to wait and we do our best to make the process as fast as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have thousands of hours of hands on experience in the field learning the right way and the wrong way to do things. I have real experience over 1000+ hrs problem solving and adapting to real issues on every kind of job from lawn mowing to commercial property renovation I’m well versed in dealing with landscaping and lawn problems as well as coming up with quick solutions to them.
