There were issues with our closing so we were unavailable to be at the house when the moving crew arrived. After providing the code to the garage, they jumped right in and went straight to work. It was a load off our minds to arrive nearly an hour later to find they had already made a huge dent in the move. Just as the large items we getting loaded on the truck, we had to return to the title office to sign our closing documents. Returning just as they finished loading the truck, we were quite impressed with the ingenuity to ensure everything made it. Our biggest concern was the breakdown and setup our adjustable Sleep Number bed, Bobby knew what he was doing and had it down and set back up as if he had done it a thousand times.
As Bobby originally estimated it ended up being a long day. While there were many complaints from me about how tired I was, there was not a single complaint from the moving crew. They dug their heals in and got the work done in a very professional manner. While I hope that we have moved into our forever home, if things change, Bobby at Professional Moving Assistance is going to be my very first call.
It was a real please working with Bobby and his team, Jah, Marcus and Steve. Thank you guys, keep up the great work.

Super responsive to my inquiries. We were moving furniture out of two indoor storage units, so representatives came to give FREE assessment of the job.
First date we chose had a snag but PMA was willing to work with another company to get us the date! We decided to pick another date just so we could stay with PMA. The move was smooth, with everything “right-sized”. Stayed within 3 hour minimum with right number of guys and right size truck. We will definitely use again!

Jah and Jarvis were AMAZING! These guys worked so hard - they carried a number of heavy items up to a second floor apartment in record time. There were a number of other movers for other apartments (since it was moving day for the entire building), and Jarvis and Jah ran circles around them. There was zero damage to any of our items, because these guys CARE about the job they do. I absolutely recommend PMA for any of your moving needs, and if I could give more stars, they’d definitely get a 10 out 10.

I had a wonderful experience with these guys. Bobby communicated with me frequently with any changes and followed up with me to make sure I was pleased with the service. Jah and Dez were my movers and they could not have been more professional and timely with moving my things. Once we arrived at my storage unit it was looking like a lot of my things would not fit, but they made it work and took the time to make sure that it did. I will definitely be using them again.
Needed a couch moved and they were able to come by the same day and get the couch moved super quick. I am very happy with the service they provided.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
5% Military Discounts. Frequent Customer Discounts available. 2 hr minimum for local jobs in El Paso County. 3 hr minimum for jobs outside of El Paso County. $99/hr for 2 men. $25 extra for each additional man. If a truck is needed a truck fee will apply. Prices are negotiable dependent per job. Heavy item fees apply for gun safes, pianos, or items weighing more than 500 lbs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I setup an estimate with the customer first and foremost. I make sure that the customer is aware of all the costs and fees (if necessary). I assure the customer that the move will be conducted at a professional level and guarantee the date of the move that is agreed upon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 16 years in the Professional Moving Industry, Licensed and Insured, and a Licensed CDL Driver
