FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
•When does the time start?
We charge from the time we arrive at your address until the time work is completed.
•How does the “hourly rate” work?
We bill in half hour increments.
•How does your scheduling process work?
In order to complete the scheduling process, customers must pay a deposit to reserve their spot. Paid deposits are deducted from the total price of the customer's move.
•When and how do I pay my final balance?
Generally customers will pay their final balance on move day in cash preferably or by card.
·FOR LOCAL MOVES AND DELIVERIES:
Payment is collected BEFORE your items are unloaded.
·FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING: Payment is collected 30 MINUTES PRIOR to completion of the move. In some cases payment may be made after completion.
·FOR LONG DISTANCE MOVES:
Payments are made in 2 increments. The first payment is collected on the day your items are picked up and the last payment is made on the day of drop off BEFORE your items are unloaded.
