Not only did he remind me to stay calm and cool, he also continued to check in on me. Gave me his personal number in case I needed to reach him. Me and my partner planed a long two month vacation in San Diego during which I wanted to surprise him with privet Yoga lessons. Dina was extremely kind helpful and made the proses so smooth. She offered us a first tailored yoga session absolutely FREE! Once the session was over we decided to book her for two months of privet lessons. Congrats to Montrose for attracting such a gem in Emily and Mind Body Mandala. Emily was my first regular yoga instructor in Boulder about ten years ago and is likely the reason I kept going back. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the practice and benefits. Her gentle, yet engaging teaching style is great for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. She is the real deal when it comes to living a yogic lifestyle--not always easy to do in this day and age--and thankfully, enjoys sharing it with others. Just an all-around cool person. Love the Mind Body Mandala Facebook posts! Looking forward to dropping in for a class when I'm back down that way.
Matt is such a wonderful instructor and person! He made me feel really comfortable considering I don’t have a lot of yoga experience. Not only did he make me feel like I was safely doing poses, he looked at my body alignment and noticed things I never would have seen. He helped me correct my posture, and even walk differently to help my body feel more at ease. I also expressed to him my issues with insomnia, TMJ, and depression and he guided me with amazing meditation and stretches/poses I can do on my own. Overall Matt genuinely cares about helping people with wellness and overly having a healthier/more peaceful life! Thanks Matt!!
Patty Bayman came into my life approximately seven months ago with the intent of teaching how to lose weight, along with strength training and healthier eating. She is very motivated, very organized and knowledgeable with all health related items in life. She is a rare find and anyone she comes in touch with is very lucky to have her. I have been through many experiences in life and she reminded me that no matter what we go through, healthier, stronger minded beliefs are possible! Patty is knowledgeable in strength training, pillattes and yoga..We started off the program with individual measurements so we could visually see the results along with the scale. (basically a starting point) We measured the results bi-monthly so we could adjust accordingly. She can adjust to personal injuries within groups or individual training. I had contact with her 2-3 days a week and she always came with the schedule and time frame in mind. On the other days of the week, Patty would txt, call or leave a list of things to do the other four days of the week. I have lost weight, gotten stronger and more flexible, and made my mind believe again.. I can't believe I found someone to change my life, she truly is a blessing.
Geanine is an amazing yoga instructor. She exudes kindness, a sense of calm, and acceptance which make her a very approachable, and very easy to like. She is extremely versatile when it comes to teaching a multi-level class. Her patient progression in class allows the newer practitioner to feel welcome, comfortable and safe, while at the same time challenging (quite a bit, may I add!) the more seasoned yogi. Her sequences are always fun, creative, and well planned. Miss her to pieces, if you have a chance to practice with her, take advantage of it. You will not be disappointed!!
I've had 4 lessons with Aaron , who's now teaching at Great Moves Physical Therapy, Golf Performance Center. First, He's a great professional. He would start my lesson absolutely on time. He's funny, nice and easy going, but most importantly, he completely changed my swing in 3 days! By using all the AWESOME equipment, he was able to detect what's wrong with my swing very fast. He then corrected it, with utmost attention to detail. I'm another golfer! Was amazed by how much my swing's mechanic changed and how much better it's looking right know. I had a great experience at Great Moves Physical Therapy (Golf Performance Center). What's most important is that he really cares about his students. I Highly recommend Aaron! Awesome Instructor!

Ella is a friendly and positive instructor who is thoughtful in her approach to teaching. I appreciated the detail she gave in her lesson, connecting movements and poses and explaining what was going on in different areas of the body. It was the best! I took a"beginner" yoga class before and it was a lot more advanced. This was perfect for someone like me who has had back surgery and hip replacements. Very easy and subtle stretching.
Full Circle Pilates is the only exercise class I have managed to attend consistently and enthusiastically over the last four years (heck, probably in my life!) It is of course good for my mind and body, but it has also helped my become more away of how my body functions and is balanced, and it is fun (really!).
