Mover's Friend

Introduction: I am a handyman who assists customers with their preparation to move in or out. I also help landlords get their property ready for new renters or to sell. I paint doors, trims, walls and ceilings of homes and apartments. Drywall repairs, if needed, are completed before painting. I don't repair popcorn ceilings. I perform minor repairs and installations on appliances, such as, refrigerators, air-conditioners, furnaces, washing machines, and dishwashers. I perform many carpentry related repair. I trim and rehang doors, install and repair molding, repair broken fences, assemble furniture and change out locks. I perform electrical repairs, such as, installing fans, breakers, switches, receptacles, holiday lighting, lamp repair, lighting fixtures. I perform many plumbing repairs, such as, fixing or replacing faucets in sinks and tubs. I fix or repair kitchen and bathroom drains, including garbage disposals. I repair or replace toilets and tubs. I service most traditional models of water heaters. I perform many outside repairs. I clean and perform minor repairs on gutters. I power wash the outside of houses and do property cleanup.
