- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to give the most accurate quotes we can, but prices change all the time. One thing we make sure to do with every client is communicate. If we can save money, so will you, but if we have to go higher than our quote we will always talk it through with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet people. Being able to discuss the work in person and get a firm grasp of what's expected is indispensable. After that, I focus on efficiency. The sooner I can finish a project, the sooner you can enjoy it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent over 16 years studying and learning under a family of contractors.
