I have been working with Alex for almost a year and have made incredible progress with both my body and more importantly my mind. I have learned that beyond the movement involved in exercise, the mind can either be one's obstacle or a partner in crime. Alex operates as a trainer, but for me he has proved to be more of a coach, teaching me skills that improve my behaviors so that I can live a better life. I'm down on pounds, up on muscle, quit drinking and smoking, changed my outlook on who I am and what I can do...and I still have more work to do. But I'm further ahead than I ever thought I would be because Alex has been there, and continues to be there to support me along my journey. I highly recommend Alex to anyone seeking a human approach to fitness. He really can help you find your way when you are ready to learn and put in the time. If you are doubting whether or not you are worth the time spent on figuring out how to make changes, you are, and Alex will be there by your side. I will always be grateful to Alex for all the time he has invested in me. Definitely a talented trainer!

Alex has been training me twice a week since Fall 2019. When I began I was intimidated by gyms, didn’t know how to use the equipment, and was generally clueless about fitness. He’s really personable, makes complex concepts accessible, and developed a training plan to meet my goals while challenging me when needed. He’s also understanding and flexible when my schedule was crazy. I highly recommend working with him!

Working with Alex is an incredible experience. The knowledge this man possess and his ability to deliver on that knowledge is truly unique and refreshing. In the age of cookie cutter trainers Alex takes it above and beyond! you'll start with a trainer and you'll leave with a friend.

Alex was such an amazing trainer! His knowledge and experience are very helpful. He always has great exercises and is willing to take time to explain new work outs. I would recommend Alex to any of my friends or family any age! He takes his work very serious, and you will not be disappointed.

Alex is an incredible personal trainer. He has done an excellent job at making sure my form is correct which is why I originally wanted a personal trainer. I went to him with the intention of wanting to build muscle and I have seen great results. I highly recommend Alex to all of my friends and family!
