Introduction
I handle private and small group yoga sessions. I have always believed that yoga is for everyone, and that if structured properly, more people would try it and then directly experience the incredible benefits that so many of us know it offers.
Shakti yoga was created with this in mind. Many of my students began their practice of yoga in response to physical challenges like fibromyalgia, therapy or rehab as a result of illness or mental challenges such as anxiety and depression.
As a result, when a new member joins and commits to him/herself, it touches my heart because no matter why he/she signs up, I know how much more he/she will experience.
