As a mom of two, Army veteran, former LEO, business owner, wife, and dog mom, I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to prioritize your health while balancing stress, career, family, and everyday life.
Like many people, I spent years navigating unhealthy coping patterns, negative self-talk, emotional eating, avoidance, burnout, and feeling disconnected from myself.
What I discovered was that fitness became more than changing my body.
