- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients are invoiced weekly for services that are to be paid online or by app. We do offer a military discount. Absolutely NO upcharges for holidays and peak seasons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We cover the following for initial service: Meet & Greets are required for all dogs. We also require them for animals that have medication administration. A copy of vet records are needed to be kept on file for emergencies. (Hard copy given to walker/sitter or emailed to our office) Key exchange can occur at the meet & greet, left with a property management office or hidden outside the home for the walker/sitter. We go over temperament, feeding/watering, medical history, emergency contacts and answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Colorado Mesa University majoring in Business Management and Mass Communications. My animal experience comes from hands on working with veterinarians, farmers and ranchers since childhood. I have had previous experience working in kennel facilities and found I didn't care for the overall environment/lack of care given to the dogs and cats.
