- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the photo booth or event experience selected, rental duration, customization, and any additional services or upgrades. Packages may include professional equipment, setup and breakdown, custom photo designs, digital sharing, and printing options depending on the package. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The full Payment is due 15 days before the event, although clients may choose to pay in full at time of booking. Additional fees may apply for travel outside based areas, certain add-ons specialty services, premium backdrops, or other requested upgrades. Promotional packages may have separate pricing and cancellation terms. We recommend reviewing your quote and rental agreement carefully, so you know exactly what is included before booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to make booking simple and personalized. First, we learn about your event, including the date, location, event type, guest count, rental time, and the experience you're looking for. We then recommend photo booth options that fit your event and budget. Once you select your experience, we provide the booking information and rental agreement. Your date is secured once the agreement is signed and the required retainer is received. We then work with you on customization, including photo templates, colors, names, dates, logos, themes, backdrops, and other event details. Before the event, we confirm the final details and event logistics. On event day, we handle setup, operate the experience according to your package, and complete the breakdown afterward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on training and professional experience in customer service, operations, event support, photography, technology, and business management. We continuously learn and work with professional photography equipment, photo booth software, digital sharing technology, lighting, printing systems, creative design, and emerging event technologies, including AI-powered photo experiences. Because photo booth technology continues to evolve, we regularly research and test new equipment, software, and creative experiences to provide our customers with current and engaging options.
