All in all the guys did a great job! Concidering that they had to move a piano down 15 stairs into our basement. They did this using a dolly rather then a piano board. I believe if they used a piano board and slid it down the stairs it would have been a lot easier and faster for them.

Had a great experience. They were on time. My piano was considerably heavier than most, but they were able to move it up 3 flights of stairs and we didn’t suffer any damages. They were kind and polite every step of the way. Would work with them again.

I scheduled this mover through Thumbtack to move a piano. On the scheduled day, they were almost an hour late and still had not arrived. I was communicating with them while they were “en route,” but there was no clear or reliable arrival time and no proactive communication about the delay. After canceling, I was told I owed a cancellation fee despite no written contract or cancellation policy ever being disclosed or agreed to. Overall, this was an unprofessional and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend.
