Scott & Stephanie have a plethora of knowledge!As subject matter experts, they are willing to educate/answer questions before you're even a client!I was able to discuss the process with them, discuss the circumstances, expectations and the tools that they use during the process.When I arrived for my appointment, the atmosphere of the office was calm and friendly from the beginning to the end.Before the test we discussed the questions, the testing process, and what to expect.When I first arrived I was anxious. By the time I left my appointment, I felt well informed and comfortable.I would both use their services again and recommend their services to others!

Very pleasant experience for me. I would give six stars if I could. Polygraph testing is something I knew nothing about. Beginning with the price, I called every place I could find between Colorado Springs and Denver. The fees associated with this test are quite reasonable. The staff are very knowledgeable providing excellent feedback with solutions. They respond very quickly and they are very pleasant to work with. A+ response time! I dealt with Scott directly for my test. Scott was able to answer all of my questions and provide solutions to get all of my questions answered without going over the requirement limits. I took the polygraph because I wanted to prove to my wife that I have been honest. We were going through a difficult point in our marriage. Scott and Stephanie, both personally spoke with my wife to make sure that she was getting everything she needed and verified the questions with me before moving forward. They made sure that we both had a full understanding before proceeding with the test. Scott is very knowledgeable with the legal system and court proceedings pertaining to the polygraph test. Conversation was interesting and I learned a lot while I was there! Hopefully I will never need to take another test like this. But if I do, they have a customer for life!
