John was very helpful, always getting back to me very quickly about any questions I had. Roof was scheduled within a week and done in one day including all cleanup. The only problem was that we were unsatisfied with the chimney flashing. John came out immediately during a very busy time of the summer, agreed the job was not up to par and had the problem fixed within a week with no extra charges. With the bad rap that roofing companies have over ripping people off we were very satisfied with Reliable Roofing Systems
