Jack's team headed by Josh were on time, very knowledgeable and made the extra effort to find my problem and fix it. They were very polite and a pleasure to work with. Jack's cost for the repairs was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Jack's Outdoor Projects and will use them in the future for my repair needs.

Jack was right on time. Instead of just tweaking our sprinkler heads, as we requested, he looked at our entire 30 year old system. He repaired or replaced what was corroded and in some cases broken. He gave instructions on what to look for when the system was used again, and promised to come again at no charge to fix it if something didn't work. He and his assistant continued the job in pouring rain until he repaired what was visibly wrong with the system. We are very impressed with his professionalism. Although the work cost more than we anticipated, we feel confident we won't need any more repairs for years to come.
