Ray showed up on time and was very easy to work with. We had a mounting kit that ended up missing some screws but he was able to work around that with back ups that he had brought. He explained what he was doing throughout the process and provided his recommendations for what would work best for our TV and the space. We couldn’t be happier how it turned out!
