- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive, but strait forward. I do not include any hidden fees or extra costs after-the-fact. I am upfront and honest when giving estimates and consultations. You will be notified during the estimate if I have any promotions at that time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a free consultation to make sure we are the right fit for the job. From there we will enter pre-planning and development of the project, and try to find the best direction and best platform for your video.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of field experience filming and editing for various clients throughout the Front Range of Colorado. I have taken a few college level courses for filming and editing, but most of my knowledge and talent comes from first-hand experiences.
